Please join us at a reception to honor and highlight the 2018 NCBW Aspire Scholarship recipents.  These four individuals are talented scholars and will receive two $5,000 (university) and two $2,500 (community college) scholarships.  These scholarships were made possible through generous grant funds awarded to NCBW from AT&T.
